To elevate its employer brand and attract top talent, UOB partnered with Layers to create a film that spotlights its commitment to Diversity & Inclusion — specifically within the team behind the UOB TMRW app, a personalised, all-in-one banking platform launched in 2020.

Through the visual symbolism of an acrylic pour where different colours blend together to create new shades and layers, the script and visuals intentionally show and not tell, of how a diverse group of individuals with different skill sets, expertise, nationality and culture, came together to collaborate and create something bigger than themselves.
