MOH partnered Layers to strengthen their employer branding and raise awareness to attract the right candidates through a Careers Branding Campaign. Anchored by strategic research — including conversations with senior leadership, surveys with existing employees, and sentiments from external prospective hires — key insights were identified to inform the campaign’s direction.
The result was a series of impactful deliverables: open house collaterals like brochures and stickers, a website revitalisation, LinkedIn short-form articles and a brand video (currently WIP). Each element was strategically crafted to elevate MOH’s visibility and position them as a leading, purpose-driven employer.
