Layers was on the ground to document Anchorpoint Mall’s exciting re-opening during a special Media Day in 2023. As part of this curated experience, media guests were invited to explore the mall’s refreshed lifestyle offerings; from sipping artisanal brews at the newly opened Anagram Coffee to finding balance through wellness sessions at Yoga Movement.
Through our lens, we captured the little moments that made the day feel special — the laughter, the conversations, the quiet pauses — all set against Anchorpoint’s beautiful new nautical-inspired design. With its graceful arches, boat-deck flooring, and ocean-blue mosaics, the space reflects the fresh energy and charm of the Queensway neighbourhood.
Halloween 2023
We also participated in Anchorpoint’s Halloween celebrations, where the mall came alive with festive spirit during its Pumpkin Treat event. Families enjoyed a fun-filled day of free activities; from exploring a pumpkin maze and diving into a ball pit, to face painting and decorating their very own Jack-O’-Lantern baskets for trick-or-treating.
Layers was there to document the joy and imagination of the day — from giggling kids in costume to heartwarming family moments — capturing the magic that happens when a space brings the community together.
